This Months FOM Winner

Congratulations to Ryan Neve of PA. His submission for the FOM contest was selected as the winner for March 2011. Below is his submission and story.


"My Father, Brother and myself hunt for silver in these coin rolls. We have had much luck but recently we have only seen maybe one or 2 per box of $500 silver dollars. My biggest win recently just came with a 1952 Washington Carver half dollar. It looks super cool. I will email the picture separately. I don't have much luck with small banks as they don't carry the rolls. I order the coins from my bank and a friend's bank (he is a manager at the bank). In the past we have pulled as many as 20-25 per box or more. It seems to be that people have caught up to the hunt and removed many silver coins. I was listening to an older podcast and wanted to share the story."
