It's Friday and with the forecast looking beautiful this weekend, I have decided to pack up the ACE 250 and head down to Cape Cod for a visit with my folks, some detecting, and then a round of golf with my Brother on Saturday.
The first time I detected my parents property, I found a 1865 Indian Head penny. What was even more amazing is that it was buried only an inch in the soil. I know there is silver buried down there as well. As the property dates back to 1800's. So who knows, maybe I will see that shiny silver today!
Anyway, I will post via my blackberry any finds and updates, so stay tuned.
